New ASU Facilities Overview (Updated)

Kidd Brewer Stadium Complex
• Strength and Conditioning room for all student-athletes
• Training/Hydrotherapy room for all student-athletes
• Student-athlete study hall and tutorial space
• Locker rooms
• New stadium entrance plaza — “Welcome to The Rock”
• Athletics offices
• 20 stadium suites
• New Chancellor’s suite
• VIP Club seating
• New press box for media and game operations
• Restroom, concessions and merchandise areas
• Greenwood Parking Lot access trail
• West side entrance bridge

Kidd Brewer Stadium East Side Expansion
• Approved on Dec. 7, 2007 by ASU Board of Trustees
• Expansion includes 4,400 new seats in upper deck above current east side seating
• Brand new stadium concourse to expand from stadium’s east side, around south end zone to west side
• Concourse to include 200 new restrooms and expanded concessions and souvenir facilities
• Creation of 400 new handicapped and companion seats that, along with new restrooms, will bring facility up to code
• Stadium’s official seating capacity will rise to 22,000 with east side expansion and club- and suite-level seats in west side complex

Baseball Stadium
• Located at Broyhill Inn and Conference Center
• 2,000 seating capacity
• Locker room
• Indoor batting cage

Indoor Athletics Facility
• Located in right field of current baseball venue
• 80 X 60 yard artificial field
• Taping and changing rooms
• Stairway connecting to Kidd Brewer Stadium west gate

Softball Stadium
• Located at current baseball venue
• 1,000 seating capacity
• Locker room
• Indoor batting cage

Soccer Stadium
• Located at Broyhill Inn and Conference Center
• 1,000 seating capacity
• Locker room
• Restrooms
• Natural grass surface

Tennis Complex
• Cover 3-6 existing courts behind west side of Kidd Brewer Stadium
• 250 seating capacity
• Locker rooms
• Restrooms

Field Hockey Stadium
• Identify location
• 1,000 seating capacity
• Locker room
• Restrooms
• AstroTurf playing surface

Varsity Gym Renovation
• New hardwood surface for men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, wrestling
• 1,000 seating capacity for competitions
